Registration is FREE and includes meals and activities at Heritage Farm. The summit is limited to 100 youth plus their chaperones. Please be sure to complete the Permission/Waiver Forms for all participants. Registrations are not confirmed until the required Permission/Waiver Forms are received.
Registration for youth (age 15+), chaperones, and/or college-aged youth leaders. For youth under 18, registration must be completed by the adult chaperone (no more than 10 youth per chaperone). Before registering, be sure to have the following information for each person in your group: (1) Youth Name, (2) Age, and (3) Preferred Heritage Farm Activities (click here for details).
All registrants must return permission/waiver forms. For youth under 18, all forms must be signed by parent or guardian. Registrations are not confirmed until all forms are received.
